-the doctor comes around the corner and he motions them to follow him as he goes into a room-

Doctor: -looks down at them- So we did our tests and it shows that Autumn has cancer. It is a rare type that not many ponies get so there hasn’t been much research on it, so unfortunatly, there is no cure..
Autumn: -leans on your shoulder and starts to cry-
